Proposal Writing (Public & Private Sector)
CCJ researches and procures government contracts for clients who do not already have one selected. Our team will also review pre-selected bid requests and client capabilities to craft a winning proposal and submit it to the requesting government agency on the client’s behalf. Additionally, It is important to note that if a client intends on going after a bid request within the private sector; that client would need to provide us with that bid request.
With certified Grant Writers, CCJ can also assist non-profits, educational institutions, and other organizations in securing grant funding from state and federal governments. Our team has secured over $500 million in grant funding for clients. We even provide reporting and auditing to ensure that federal and state funding gets renewed each year.
Government Certification Assistance (PPC)
CCJ assists businesses with obtaining the Public Procurement Commission certificate to become government certified, making it easier to obtain future contracts from the government agencies. This certification is needed whenever a business is bidding on a tender worth over 1.5 million JMD. Please note that a business does not need to posses a physical office to obtain this certification. We manage the entire application process and submit it to the required government agency on behalf of the client.
Certain government agencies will request an oral presentation before awarding a contract. CCJ will help clients to select the best presenter, determine the presentation length, develop the overall content and structure of the presentation, and construct any necessary media items such as videos, audio, brochures, or other presentation documents.
